Diego Gutiérrez

diego-gutiérrez Diego Gutiérrez is a student of Political Sciences at the University of Barcelona. He has worked as parliament technician at the Basque Parliament (2003-2005) and since 2006 he works as coordinator of the Master in International Economic Law and Policy (www.ielpo.org) of the WTO Chair (Regional Integration of the University of Barcelona), and as researcher for the European Union (Latin American Relations Observatory, www.obreal.org). He is an expert in Social Science Data Collection and Analysis from Essex University (2008) and he has taken courses in regression theory and multivariate analysis. He has specialized in communication and he works as a consultant for several institutions, companies and individuals. He has directed workshops of public Communication at the Universities of Deusto (2004), Universidad de Barcelona (2005-2008) and University of Bristol in the United Kingdom (2007 and 2008).
