Ferran Martínez i Coma, PhD in Sociology (Universidad Complutense, Madrid) and Doctor-Member of the Juan March Institute. He is a professor at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE) in Mexico. He has received prestigious scholarships as the one from Caja Madrid Foundation and the Fulbright Commission which allowed him to be Visiting Fellow at Harvard University. He has extensively published in national and international journals about electoral campaigns and political behaviour.
