Gonzalo Arruego, Phd in Law (Universidad de Zaragoza) and MA in Comparative, European and International Law (European University institute). He has received several academic awards and at present he is a Full-time Professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad de Zaragoza and tutor-professor at the Center of Political and Constitutional Studies. He has been a visiting scholar at the European University Institute (Florence), London School of Economics and Georgetown University (Washington DC). He is the holder of several national and foreign fellowships. He is an expert in political representation, parliamentary law, dogmatic of fundamental rights and law and biomedicine. He has intensively published in these fields and he has been member of numerous researching projects funded by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Government of Aragón.
