josemanuelsarciat     José Manuel Sarciat Macía, sociologist and social worker (Universidad Pablo de Olavide), and specialist in family mediation. He has studied and worked in Peru, Uruguay and Spain, obtaining several scholarships for it, among them, the research scholarship in the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Peru in 2003.
