BIOINFORMATICS: We are mainly focused on the extraction of interesting knowledge from gene expression data. This includes gene selection, biclustering and gene networks.

DATA MINING: Currently we are addressing two problems: fast feature selection and data streams. -
EVOLUTIONARY COMPUTATION: We are interested in knowledge models obtained from evolutionary computation, especially those based on decision rules.
