General information

European Worm Meeting 2008 will take place from March 29th to April 2nd 2008 in Carmona (Seville), Spain.

patio Carmona is a beautiful touristy town 27 km east from Seville. Carmona is proud of its long history and conserves the traditional structure and architecture of southern Spain.

Uninterruptedly populated since Neolithic age, Carmona shows at local museums pieces of Iberian, Romans, Visigoths and Arabians daily objects and constructions.
Carmona is located on the top of a natural balcony and preserves the typical social atmosphere and tasteful gastronomy of the classical Andalusia.

Weather in early spring in Carmona is mild. Typical highs range in 20-25 degrees, whereas lows are usually 10-15 degrees Celsius. Sunny weather alternates with light rain in this season.
Currency is Euro and local time is Central Europe Time (GMT+2 in daylight saving period as of March 30th, 2008).
