The program for foreigners is designed to meet the
needs of both Spanish majors and those pursuing studies in other
fields but with a strong interest in Spain and Latin America. It
also caters to the needs of those with little or no background in
Spanish by offering classes taught in English both on Spanish culture
as well as in the sciences. A placement exam will determine the
language level of each student.
Attendance at all classes will be mandatory and monitored by each
professor. Periodical exams, homework assignments and final exams
will also be administered.
