The Pablo De Olavide University of Seville
occupies a total of 136 hectres, situated 1 kilometer from Seville on
the Utrera motorway. The campus, situated in
parkland, offers a variety of services in addition to teaching. These
include social functions, research centers, residencies and sporting facilities,
all of which contribute to a well rounded education.
Situated in the historical area of Fuentequintillo, the university falls
within the boundaries of three municipalities, Seville, Dos Hermanas and
Alcalá de Guadaira. The Guadaira river lies north of the campus while
the Seville – Utrera highway forms the southern boundary. The railway
line is the western boundary and to the east a canal of the Bajo Guadalquivir
river.
Access hours
The campus is open from 08.00 a.m.until 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Class buildings open at 09.00 a.m. and also close at 10.00 p.m.
The library is open from 08.00 a.m. until 9.00 p.m.
The study room, located at 17 José Celestino Mutis Building, and with
a capacity for 240 students, is available from 08.00 a.m.until 10.00 p.m.
Passageway lighting coincides with classroom building access, i.e. from
09.00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
