Getting
around the V International Workshop on Human Resources Note that the buses facilitated by the workshop organisation
will only stop at the four hotels suggested by the organization. However,
participants that will not be accommodated at the official hotels of
the workshop could take buses along ROUTE 2, being at the entrance of
the hotels of this route at the agreed time. May 19: To arrive to Pablo de Olavide University (UPO) you should
take Bus line 36 of Seville Urban Transport Company (TUSSAM) or a taxi.
On this first day, the organisers will only facilitate
a bus in the evening to drive you from the Workshop Venue to the Real
Alcazar, which we will have the pleasure to visit and where a cocktail
will take place. The organisers will facilitate a bus to go from the different hotels to the workshop and also for the way back from the Workshop venue to the different hotels. Furthermore, in the evening another bus will drive you from the different hotels to the place where we will have dinner. In the morning there will be several bus stops at the
different hotels: The organisers will also facilitate a bus to drive participants to El Esparragal Cortijo (where we will have the dinner and enjoy a flamenco show). Note that, on this occasion, the bus will not stop at Monte Triana Hotel. Only at Silken Al-Andalus Hotel, at Car La Cartuja Sporting Residence and at Plaza de Armas Hotel. Airport: There are daily flight between Seville and other nacional cities, such as Alicante, Barcelona, Bilbao, Ibiza, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Las Palmas, Valencia and Tenerife. There are as well direct foreign destinations from Seville to Londres, Paris and other European cities. There is a bus route from the airport to the city. The airport bus ticket (“Amarillos Bus Company”) costs 2,20 €. This bus leaves every 30 minutes from C/ Palos de la Frontera (closed to Puerta de Jerez). This train has 15 scheduled tours daily and stops in Córdoba and Ciudad Real. Besides, there is a wide network of city buses that connect different routes. The wheather Seville has a Mediterranean climate, with average temperatures of 40º C in the summer and 12º C in the winter, experiencing mild winds during spring and summer. Winters are also mild.
