Sus l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n se centran en el \u00c1rea de la Gesti\u00f3n de la Innovaci\u00f3n, las Alianzas Estrat\u00e9gicas y la Gesti\u00f3n del Conocimiento. Ha publicado m\u00e1s de 50 art\u00edculos sobre estos temas. Es miembro de la Academy of Management y de la Eastern Academy of Management. Ha recibido varios premios por sus investigaciones como el Eastern Academy of Management en 1995, Academy of Management en 1997 y en 2009, y el IEEE Transactions in Engineering Management en 2001.
