Esta tesis doctoral ha sido dirigida por los profesores Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00f3mez Sk\u00e1rmeta y Jos\u00e9 Carlos Ribeiro, del Centro Andaluz de Biolog\u00eda del Desarrollo y tiene como tutor al profesor Manuel J. Mu\u00f1oz Ruiz, del Departamento de Biolog\u00eda Molecular e Ingenier\u00eda Bioqu\u00edmica de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
