La Universidad Pablo de Olavide celebra este viernes las XIII Jornadas de Biotecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>, un encuentro en el que investigadores presentan sus proyectos del \u00e1mbito biotecnol\u00f3gico y estudiantes de los m\u00e1steres de la UPO hacen lo propio con sus trabajos fin de m\u00e1ster<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, la Jornada, organizada en el marco de los m\u00e1steres de Biotecnolog\u00eda Sanitaria y Biotecnolog\u00eda Ambiental, Industrial y Alimentaria de la UPO, cuenta con una sesi\u00f3n de p\u00f3steres y se presenta una nueva edici\u00f3n de la revista Biosaia<\/em>.<\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n, tras la inauguraci\u00f3n de la jornada por parte de Eva Camacho Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, codirectora del m\u00e1ster Biotecnolog\u00eda Ambiental, Industrial y Alimentaria, la investigadora del CABIMER Vivian Capilla Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, ha presentado \u2018Beyond Borders: Stem Cell Therapy in Pediatric Brain Tumors\u2019.<\/p>\n

\"XIII<\/a>A continuaci\u00f3n, la investigadora ha dado el turno a los estudiantes: Irene P\u00e1rraga Borrel<\/strong>, con \u2018Functional metagenomic for the identification of new lignocellulose-degrading enzymes\u2019; Bel\u00e9n Cabello Vega<\/strong>, con \u2018Role of the outer membrane protein A (OmpA) in the interaction of Acinetobacter bauamnnii<\/em> whith host cells\u2019; y Alba Estrella Mar\u00edn Arco<\/strong>, con \u2018Entoleuca sp. As a tool for decreasing the pathogenicity of almond Wood fungi\u2019.<\/p>\n

Tras la sesi\u00f3n de p\u00f3steres, que se celebra de 10:45 a 12:30 horas, Juan Dom\u00ednguez Robles,<\/strong> investigador Ram\u00f3n y Cajal de la Facultad de Farmacia de la Universidad de Sevilla, presenta \u2018Feasibility of lignin-based platforms for the gamma tubulin complex\u2019.<\/p>\n

La jornada finalizar\u00e1 con las presentaciones de \u00c1lvaro Garc\u00eda Justo<\/strong>, \u2018Phosphorylation-mediated regulation of the gamma tubulin complex\u2019; Francisco Pablo G\u00f3mez Romero<\/strong>, \u2018Cultivation of Lentinula edodes<\/em>, Hericium erinaceus<\/em> and Pleutorus citrinopileatus<\/em> for commercial and industrial development\u2019; y Cristina Garc\u00eda Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, \u2018Role of the GABA receptor in the mechanism of action of STX64\u2019.<\/p>\n

En estas jornadas tambi\u00e9n se ha presentado un nuevo n\u00famero de Biosaia<\/em><\/strong>, revista de los m\u00e1steres de Biotecnolog\u00eda Sanitaria y Biotecnolog\u00eda Ambiental, Industrial y Alimentaria de la UPO. La publicaci\u00f3n, que naci\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2012, tiene como finalidad convertirse en una herramienta docente de entrenamiento para los nuevos investigadores y emprendedores en biotecnolog\u00eda, as\u00ed como un punto de encuentro para estudiantes, investigadores y empresas de biotecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
