propone a los asistentes un acercamiento pr\u00e1ctico e inclusivo de esta metodolog\u00eda, para que puedan beneficiarse de ella y poner en pr\u00e1ctica a la hora de dise\u00f1ar, planificar, desarrollar y evaluar los productos y servicios culturales (o de otros entornos) que ofrecen a los\/as ciudadanos\/as usuarios\/as, y atender las necesidades internas de las instituciones y los
