Entrevistamos a Francisco Javier Andreu Abell\u00e1n, alumno del M\u00e1ster International BIM Manager for Project Management according to ISO 19650: Building Information Modelling de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide, que ha sido contratado por la empresa sevillana labBIM Arquitectos, tras finalizar su periodo de pr\u00e1cticas en la misma<\/strong><\/h5>

\"\"<\/strong><\/p>

\u00bfQu\u00e9 te llev\u00f3 a elegir a la Universidad Pablo de Olavide (UPO) para realizar un M\u00e1ster BIM?<\/strong>Uno de los principales motivos es que me lo hab\u00eda recomendado un profesor en la universidad de Sevilla, ya que \u00e9l hab\u00eda impartido clases previamente. Sab\u00eda que, en este M\u00e1ster, aprender\u00eda justo lo que quer\u00eda saber: sobre BIM, c\u00f3mo trabajar con Revit, y para qu\u00e9 pueden usarse los modelos en Revit. Tambi\u00e9n es un M\u00e1ster certificado con la ISO-19650, lo que aporta m\u00e1s peso en el curr\u00edculum.<\/p>

\u00bfEst\u00e1s contento con el programa de pr\u00e1cticas remuneradas de la Fundaci\u00f3n UPO?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>

S\u00ed, bastante. Intent\u00e9 entrar en unas pr\u00e1cticas en marzo, cuya empresa quiso entrevistarme, pero finalmente la descart\u00e9 por motivos personales. En diciembre, pude optar a las pr\u00e1cticas que ofert\u00f3 labBIM, donde me encontr\u00e9 en un entorno de trabajo muy relajado y con compa\u00f1eros de los que pude aprender mucho.<\/p>

\u00bfAconsejar\u00edas a otros j\u00f3venes arquitectos realizar este M\u00e1ster International BIM Manager para progresar profesionalmente?<\/strong><\/p>

S\u00ed, por supuesto. Muchos de los conocimientos que se imparten en este M\u00e1ster deber\u00edan ser obligatorios en la carrera. De hecho, es bastante com\u00fan que muchos j\u00f3venes que terminan la carrera, realicen este m\u00e1ster previamente o mientras realizan el habilitante, porque ya saben que les ser\u00e1 muy \u00fatil para completar el habilitante.<\/p>

\u00bfQu\u00e9 fue lo que m\u00e1s te gust\u00f3 del M\u00e1ster? Y, \u00bflo que m\u00e1s te ha servido?<\/strong><\/p>

Lo que m\u00e1s me gust\u00f3 del M\u00e1ster fue la parte de automatizaci\u00f3n de tareas en Dynamo, y todo lo relacionado con la programaci\u00f3n de rutinas. Esto es una de las cosas que m\u00e1s me ha servido durante mis pr\u00e1cticas. Sin embargo, dir\u00eda que lo m\u00e1s \u00fatil ha sido la gesti\u00f3n de plantillas y del navegador de proyectos.<\/p>

Actualmente est\u00e1s trabajando en la misma empresa donde comenzaste tus pr\u00e1cticas del M\u00e1ster, \u00bfcu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n tus pr\u00f3ximos retos para el futuro?<\/strong><\/p>

En realidad, actualmente trabajo en un estudio de arquitectura, donde realizamos proyectos de arquitectura con metodolog\u00eda BIM. Uno de mis siguientes retos, es aprender un poco de programaci\u00f3n en Python para poder desarrollar mis propios nodos en Dynamo, y profundizar en la automatizaci\u00f3n de tareas.<\/p>

El M\u00e1ster de Formaci\u00f3n Permanente en metodolog\u00eda BIM, que acaba de cumplir en la UPO su s\u00e9ptima edici\u00f3n, aporta las competencias y conocimientos necesarios para trabajar en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n y la ingenier\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de esta nueva metodolog\u00eda de trabajo que utiliza una base de datos inteligentes destinada a la gesti\u00f3n de todos los elementos de un proyecto.<\/p>

La implantaci\u00f3n BIM ya es obligatoria en el desarrollo de las infraestructuras y proyectos de edificaci\u00f3n financiados con fondos p\u00fablicos en pa\u00edses como Espa\u00f1a, Reino Unido y Finlandia, lo que ha favorecido el nacimiento de siete nuevas profesiones o salidas profesionales: BIM manager, BIM coordinator, BIM modeler, programador BIM, BIM legal, data hunter y animador BIM. Un resurgir del sector de la construcci\u00f3n que ha hecho que empresas como Abengoa, Ayesa, Eddea, Cruz y Ortiz, Typsa, Ineco, Aecom, T\u00e9cnicas Reunidas, Ghesa, LKS, Jacobs, Estudio Lamela, Morph, o JG Ingenieros demanden profesionales formados en esta metodolog\u00eda.\u00a0<\/p>
