{"id":53604,"date":"2026-03-13T14:41:50","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T13:41:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/formacionpermanente\/?p=53604"},"modified":"2026-03-13T14:41:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T13:41:50","slug":"la-universidad-pablo-de-olavide-y-el-banco-interamericano-de-desarrollo-ponen-en-marcha-una-microcredencial-conjunta-en-cuidados-para-profesionales-del-sector-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/formacionpermanente\/la-universidad-pablo-de-olavide-y-el-banco-interamericano-de-desarrollo-ponen-en-marcha-una-microcredencial-conjunta-en-cuidados-para-profesionales-del-sector-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"La Universidad Pablo de Olavide y el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo ponen en marcha una microcredencial conjunta en cuidados para profesionales del sector p\u00fablico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>En esta formaci\u00f3n a demanda, titulada \u2018Curso gerencial de cuidados de larga duraci\u00f3n\u00b4 participan hasta mayo 40 profesionales del sector p\u00fablico de Costa Rica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Universidad Pablo de Olavide ha iniciado esta semana la microcredencial universitaria \u2018Curso gerencial de cuidados de larga duraci\u00f3n\u2019, un t\u00edtulo impulsado por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo que formar\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo mes de mayo a 40 profesionales del sector p\u00fablico costarricense con el objetivo de proporcionar conocimientos sobre el dise\u00f1o, la puesta en marcha y el funcionamiento de los sistemas de atenci\u00f3n a la dependencia.<\/p>\n<p>Esta formaci\u00f3n surge de la necesidad de contar con un sistema de protecci\u00f3n integral a la poblaci\u00f3n en situaci\u00f3n de dependencia y que entregue distintas alternativas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cuidado. En Costa Rica, el proceso de creaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Apoyo a los Cuidados y Atenci\u00f3n a la Dependencia se inici\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2016, un sistema que actualmente demanda formaci\u00f3n para los profesionales que trabajan en las instituciones vinculadas a estas pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p>El t\u00edtulo, que se imparte en modalidad virtual y con una carga lectiva de 8 ECTS, cuenta con la direcci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica del profesor Mauricio Matus-L\u00f3pez, del Departamento de Econom\u00eda, M\u00e9todos Cuantitativos e Historia Econ\u00f3mica de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide; y con la direcci\u00f3n ejecutiva de Patricia Jara Males, especialista social del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las materias impartidas en esta formaci\u00f3n se encuentran: la importancia de los servicios de atenci\u00f3n a la dependencia para Am\u00e9rica Latina y Costa Rica; cuidados, g\u00e9nero y desarrollo; la experiencia internacional; nuevas perspectivas del cuidado; las tecnolog\u00edas del cuidado; o los sistemas de financiaci\u00f3n de un sistema de atenci\u00f3n a la dependencia.<\/p>\n<p>Las microcredenciales de la Olavide est\u00e1n gestionadas por la Fundaci\u00f3n Universidad Pablo de Olavide, a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea de Microcredenciales, y dise\u00f1adas bajo las directrices del Vicerrectorado de Relaciones Institucionales, Formaci\u00f3n Permanente y Fundaciones. Para su impartici\u00f3n se prioriza la colaboraci\u00f3n con profesionales y organizaciones p\u00fablicas y privadas que conocen las necesidades reales del mercado laboral, asegurando una
