housing) busca favorecer el desarrollo de una herramienta para analizar los modelos de viviendas y entornos habitacionales amables (en un enfoque multinivel, incluyendo vivienda, urbanismo y desarrollo comunitario) para personas con discapacidad intelectual disponibles en cada territorio y hacerlos posible.<\/p><p>Para ello, colaboran 10 universidades espa\u00f1olas y el Instituto Universitario de Lisboa, adem\u00e1s de, entidades especializadas en el trabajo con personas con discapacidad intelectual y vivienda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Identificaremos los actores clave y las dimensiones anal\u00edticas mediante paneles de personas expertas.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #414a80;\">Segunda fase: Desarrollo conceptual del modelo de vivienda amable.<\/span> A partir de la participaci\u00f3n de los actores vinculados e identificados en la primera fase. Esto permitir\u00e1 explorar sus expectativas y percepciones sobre la vivienda adecuada y amable.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #414a80;\">Tercera fase:<\/span> Validaci\u00f3n. Realizaremos un muestreo por territorio y alternativas residenciales para implantar el prototipo y validarlo.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #414a80;\">Cuarta fase: Difusi\u00f3n del modelo y puesta en marcha. <\/span>La fase final persigue el aprendizaje compartido de los resultados; la difusi\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en revistas y manuales editoriales; la creaci\u00f3n de una APP llamada FRI-HOUSING DIGITAL SYSTEM. Permitir\u00e1 la firma de convenios para la puesta en marcha de modelos de viviendas amables.
