Ha defendido su tesis doctoral en 2016 en el Instituto Universitario Europeo de Florencia (EUI) con un estudio del personal artillero al servicio de la Monarqu\u00eda Hisp\u00e1nica en el siglo XVI. Este trabajo ha recibido dos premios cient\u00edficos (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.icohtec.org\/prizes\/prizes-turriano-icohtec\/\">(Turriano-ICOHTEC<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memoiredeshommes.sga.defense.gouv.fr\/fr\/article.php?laref=1198&amp;titre=prix-d-histoire-militaire-2018\">French Ministry of Defence<\/a>and has been published in 2021 by Classiques Garnier under the title <a href=\"https:\/\/classiques-garnier.com\/les-artilleurs-et-la-monarchie-hispanique-1560-1610-guerre-savoirs-techniques-etat-en.html\"><em>Les artilleurs et la Monarchie hispanique (1560-1610).
