La principal premisa es que el concepto de jurisdicci\u00f3n es crucial para comprender c\u00f3mo las diferentes formas de poder son articuladas en las sociedades del presente y el pasado. Los participantes en este evento debatir\u00e1n sobre c\u00f3mo la autoridad y la soberan\u00eda son construidas, debatidas y enfrentadas en escenarios plurijurisdiccionales hist\u00f3ricos y presentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento versar\u00e1 sobre las jurisdicciones en sus vertientes jur\u00eddica e hist\u00f3rica y contar\u00e1 con las ponencias de\u00a0<strong>Lauren Benton\u00a0<\/strong><em>(Yale University)<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Miguel Escribano-P\u00e1ez\u00a0<\/strong><em>(Universidad Pablo de Olavide)<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>Alexis Alvarez-Nakagawa\u00a0<\/strong><em>(CONICET, Universidad de Buenos Aires)<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>Ian Hathaway<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(Leibniz-Institut f\u00fcr Europ\u00e4ische Geschichte)<\/em>, <strong>Jorge D\u00edaz-Ceballos<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(Universidad Pablo de Olavide)<\/em>,\u00a0<strong>Viola M\u00fcller<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(Universit\u00e4t Bonn)<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Luis Eslava<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(Kent University)<\/em>.
