(CEST)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The next session of the permanent seminar \"Iberian Worlds and Early Globalization\" will take place next Thursday, November 11 at 15:00 (CET) as a workshop entitled Data Bases for the Study of Early Modern Elites in Europe and America and organized by Bartolom\u00e9 Yun-Casalilla (UPO), full professor of Early Modern History and member of the PAI HUM 1000 group, in the framework of the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/investiga\/globalhistory\/en\/en-busca-de-aristocracias-atlanticas-americas-y-las-elites-en-la-espana-peninsular-1492-1824-upo-feder-1264973\/\">En busca de aristocracias atl\u00e1nticas. Am\u00e9ricas y las \u00e9lites en la Espa\u00f1a peninsular, 1492-1824 (UPO-FEDER 1264973)<\/a> of which he is PI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entitled <em>Data Bases for the Study of Early Modern Elites in Europe and America,<\/em>this workshop explores the pros and cons of relational databases common among historians and will present and discuss a new model of document oriented database ('AtlantoCracies') so far not used in historical research.
