En esta ocasi\u00f3n se presentar\u00e1n y discutir\u00e1n los libros <em>The Cambridge History of Latin American Law in Global Perspective <\/em>(Cambridge University Press, 2024) editados por Thomas Duve y Tamar Herzog; y <em>Guerra, imperio y violencia en la Audiencia de Santa Fe. Nuevo Reino de Granada (1580-1620)<\/em> (Editorial FCHE, 2024) obra p\u00f3stuma de Luis Miguel C\u00f3rdoba Ochoa.<br><br>En este encuentro, intervendr\u00e1n los profesores Thomas Duve (Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory, Frankfurt) y Tamar Herzog (Harvard University) que presentar\u00e1n <em>The Cambridge History of Latin American Law in Global Perspective<\/em> con comentarios del Prof. Harald E. Braun (University of Liverpool). Los profesores Gregorio Saldarriaga Escobar (Universidad de Antioquia) y Juan David Montoya Guzm\u00e1n (Universidad Nacional de Colombia) presentar\u00e1n <em>Guerra, imperio y violencia en la Audiencia de Santa Fe. Nuevo Reino de Granada (1580-1620)<\/em>.
