From 2016 to 2024 she was a part-time lecturer working also as a freelance translator and interpreter of English, French, and Spanish.. She studied Translation &amp; Interpreting (English) at the UPO, where she graduated top of her class in 2010. Specializing in International Commerce, she then went on to complete the University of Seville\u2019s Master\u2019s Degree in European Studies, spent some time researching at the University of Florence (Italy) and, in 2011, worked for a year in the Casablanca office of Extenda. Since then, she has been working as a translator and interpreter for different companies, mainly in the leather goods industry and the engineering sector. As a means of balancing her work and teaching activities, she earned an Honours MA in Teaching with a dissertation entitled <em>Learning to Teach\u2026 Teaching to Learn<\/em>, which led to focusing on research and completing her PhD thesis on business interpreting <em>La interpretaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito empresarial: conceptualizaci\u00f3n de la zona de intervenci\u00f3n en el corpus BIRC<\/em>, which is one of her main lines of research.<br\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2258,"template":"","class_list":["post-2287","miembros","type-miembros","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","infinite-scroll-item"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/investiga\/interglosia\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/miembros\/2287","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/investiga\/interglosia\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/miembros"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/investiga\/interglosia\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/miembros"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/investiga\/interglosia\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2258"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/investiga\/interglosia\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2287"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
