In 2017 she received her PhD in Translation and Interpreting from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide (UPO) in Seville. She is currently a full-time lecturer at the University of M\u00e1laga (Spain). In addition, she is the Administrative Assistant for the PETaL Erasmus Mundus Joint Master\u2019s Degree (Play, Education, Toys and Languages) funded by the European Commission and coordinated by the University of Cordoba (Spain) in consortium with the IPL-Polit\u00e9cnico de Lisboa (Portugal) and Marmara University (Turkey). Since 2013 she has participated in several research projects awarded on a competitive basis, both nationally (COMINTRAD, the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance\u2019s R&amp;D and Innovation project \u201cChallenges to Society\u201d) and at regional level (LINGUAPP: ensuring access to inclusive second language learning [PRY 208\/17], Andalusian Studies Centre).
