En esta ocasi\u00f3n, la actividad organizada por los profesores Igor P\u00e9rez Tostado (UPO) y Jos\u00e9 Miguel Escribano P\u00e1ez (UPO) se celebrar\u00e1 el jueves 18 de noviembre en horario de tarde (16:00 horas CET) y el viernes 19 de noviembre en horario de ma\u00f1ana (10:00 horas CET).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal de este sexto seminario es reflexionar sobre la larga sombra de las masacres de la Edad Moderna en \u00e9poca contempor\u00e1nea. As\u00ed, varios especialistas, tanto historiadores como juristas, se dan cita para analizar c\u00f3mo el impacto de la violencia colectiva moderna se traslada al mundo contempor\u00e1neo a trav\u00e9s del recorrido por diferentes \u00e1reas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera sesi\u00f3n del d\u00eda 18 de noviembre contar\u00e1 con la moderaci\u00f3n del profesor Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cardes\u00edn D\u00edaz (<em>Universidade A Coru\u00f1a<\/em>) y con las comunicaciones de los profesores Igor P\u00e9rez Tostado (<em>Universidad Pablo de Olavide<\/em>), Miche\u00e1l \u00d3 Siochr\u00fa (<em>Trinity College Dublin<\/em>), Cathie Carmichael (<em>University of East Anglia<\/em>) y Mark Levene (<em>University of Southampton<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n del 19 de noviembre tendr\u00e1 como moderador al profesor Harald E.
