{"id":10031,"date":"2023-06-14T11:23:46","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T11:23:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/?p=10031"},"modified":"2023-06-14T12:04:48","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T12:04:48","slug":"bocados-de-queso-y-brocoli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2023\/06\/14\/bocados-de-queso-y-brocoli\/","title":{"rendered":"Bocados de queso y br\u00f3coli"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes para dos personas: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 br\u00f3coli peque\u00f1o limpio (450 gr)<br>1\/2 cebolla<br>1 diente de ajo<br>1 huevo<br>50 gr de harina de avena<br>60 g de queso rallado<br>20 ml AOVE<br>Piment\u00f3n Dulce<br>Or\u00e9gano<br>Sal rosa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hervir el br\u00f3coli en agua hasta que est\u00e9 tierno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortar la cebolla y el ajo hasta que queden muy picaditos y rehogar a<br>fuego lento con AOVE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 todo blandito, retirar del fuego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batir el huevo, agregar el br\u00f3coli ya cocido, la cebolla con el ajo, el queso,<br>or\u00e9gano, piment\u00f3n y sal. Machacar con un machacador de patatas o con<br>un tenedor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregar la harina de avena y mezclar bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparar una bandeja de horno con una superficie antiadherente (papel<br>o base para horno).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Darle forma de hamburguesa peque\u00f1a con una cucharada sopera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocarlas en una sart\u00e9n con AOVE, hasta que dorados por
