Esperar a que est\u00e9n tiernas, aproximadamente unos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batir 2 huevos y mezclar con la patata y el calabac\u00edn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuajar en la sart\u00e9n a fuego bajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emplatar y servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otra opci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser incluirle cebolla o, cocinarla con berenjena y cebolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Degustaci\u00f3n: Tras dar a probar la tortilla a 3 personas que en un principio no inclu\u00edan frecuentemente el calabac\u00edn en sus platos, todas aprobaron el plato indicando que le gustaba esta nueva idea de cocinar tortilla en el microondas.
