Trocear a cubitos peque\u00f1os. Asimismo, cortar pimientos y cebolla. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pochar cebolla y pimientos en una sart\u00e9n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batir los huevos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocer durante 15 min las patatas en el microondas. Aprovechar para precalentar freidora de aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar en un bol y a\u00f1adir sal y aceite de oliva. Remover. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar en freidora de aire. 220\u00ba, 25-30 min. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir junto a los huevos batidos, la cebolla y los pimientos y mezclar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentar sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite y cocinar la tortilla por cada lados unos 7-8 minutos a fuego medio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Si es para consumir al instante puedes usar la freidora de aire.
