\u00abpara chuparse los dedos\u00bb, pero no es la expresi\u00f3n id\u00f3nea para la situaci\u00f3n en la que nos encontramos, as\u00ed que lo dejaremos en un \u00abde rechupete\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500g de chipirones<\/li><li>1 pimiento verde<\/li><li>1 cebolla<\/li><li>3 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva (preferiblemente Virgen Extra)<\/li><li>Medio vaso de vino blanco<\/li><li>1 hoja de laurel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image <strong>ELABORACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Limpiamos los chipirones y los troceamos.<\/li><li>Cortamos el pimiento y la cebolla.<\/li><li>Echamos las 3 cucharadas soperas colmadas de AOVE en una olla y vertemos los ingredientes previamente cortados.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos una hoja de laurel y dejamos pochar durante unos minutos.<\/li><li>Cuando la cebolla adquiera un color caramelo, echamos los chipirones en la misma olla y removemos.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos sal al gusto.<\/li><li>Agregamos el vino blanco y dejamos cocer hasta que el vino evapore.<\/li><li>Opcional: a\u00f1adir colorante (azafr\u00e1n).<\/li><li>\u00a1A comer!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large
