aproximadamente. \u00a1No olvides vaciar previamente el horno para evitar accidentes!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" wp-elements-4df35863d938ce3f93b62dd25e6cfcb6 wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora procedemos al corte de la calabaza. Pelamos la calabaza, la cortamos en dos por la mitad y la vaciamos de pipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-be166716773c91bb0311e48df40b00d6 wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1TRUQUITO! Para realizar los cortes transversales que haremos sobre las mitades de la calabaza usamos dos palillos de comida japonesa y colocamos en cada borde de la calabaza de manera que cuando hagamos los cortes sobre la calabaza los palillos nos sirvan como topes para que el corte sea incompleto y nos quede una forma de la calabaza como si fuese un acorde\u00f3n. Aconsejo realizar este quinto paso unos 10 minutos antes de sacar la calabaza del horno para que no se reseque la salsa de quesos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1OJO! Una vez hayamos elegido nuestra fuente, servimos en su base la salsa de quesos, seguida de las dos mitades de calabazas sacadas del horno. A continuaci\u00f3n, colocamos a lo largo de la calabaza y sus cortes el sofrito de albahaca y perejil y por ultimo, polveamos con los trocitos de pistacho por encima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tipo de topping que he usado es a m\u00ed gusto pero si el comensal quisiera cambiarlo puede usar otra verdura como la espinaca para el sofrito, usar el yogurt griego en vez del queso crema o sustituir los pistachos por un pu\u00f1ado de ar\u00e1ndanos deshidratados con un toque de miel.
