Cuando la sart\u00e9n est\u00e9 caliente, vierte un poco de la mezcla. Mientras la primera cara de la tortita se cocina, a\u00f1ade algunos ar\u00e1ndanos (opcional) encima. Aqu\u00ed algunas de sus impresiones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laura<\/strong>: \u00abNunca hab\u00eda probado tortitas con queso cottage, pero la combinaci\u00f3n con el pl\u00e1tano y los pistachos es incre\u00edble. \u00a1Est\u00e1n deliciosas y me sent\u00ed llena de energ\u00eda toda la ma\u00f1ana!\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carlos<\/strong>: \u00abMe encantaron. Son suaves, esponjosas y los trozos de fresa con el sirope de agave les dan un toque perfecto. Definitivamente quiero la receta para hacerlas en casa.\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sof\u00eda<\/strong>: \u00abSoy fan\u00e1tica de las recetas saludables y estas tortitas son ahora mis favoritas. Me encanta que sean nutritivas y llenas de sabor. Adem\u00e1s, son muy f\u00e1ciles de hacer.\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a1ALGUNOS CONSEJOS!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Var\u00eda la fruta<\/strong>: Si no tienes fresas o ar\u00e1ndanos, puedes usar cualquier fruta que tengas a mano. Las frambuesas, moras o incluso rodajas de kiwi quedan perfectas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustitutos de leche<\/strong>: Si prefieres una opci\u00f3n sin l\u00e1cteos, puedes sustituir la leche de vaca por leche de almendras, soja o avena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s prote\u00ednas<\/strong>: Si deseas aumentar el contenido proteico, agrega una cucharada de prote\u00edna en polvo a la mezcla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas tortitas son ideales para un desayuno completo o un brunch de fin de semana. Son ricas en fibra, prote\u00ednas y vitaminas, gracias a la combinaci\u00f3n de avena, pl\u00e1tano, queso cottage y frutos secos.
