Os traigo una receta muy sencilla de elaborar, saludable y deliciosa. Espero que os guste mucho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDIENTES para 4 personas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 vaso de arroz<\/li><li>1 cebolla<\/li><li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li><li>1 puerro<\/li><li>2 tomates pelados y sin semillas<\/li><li>1 bandeja de champi\u00f1ones naturales (200 gramos aprox.)<\/li><li>2 vasos y medio de agua<\/li><li>Un chorrito de vino blanco <\/li><li>Azafr\u00e1n natural<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lavar muy bien, pelar y trocear todas las verduras. <\/li><li>Sofreir las verduras cortadas en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva virgen extra y a\u00f1adir un chorrito de vino blanco. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/2020-03-29-01.41.57-2.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1106\" width=\"288\" height=\"384\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Incorporar al sofrito una pizca de azafr\u00e1n natural y el arroz. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/2020-03-30-01.23.15-2.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1107\" width=\"281\" height=\"375\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rehogar unos minutos para que el arroz adquiera el sabor del sofrito. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/2020-03-30-01.24.07-2-1.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1108\" width=\"277\" height=\"370\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A\u00f1adir el agua y la sal.
