Cocina cada tanda durante unos 6-8 minutos, o hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 dorado y crujiente. A\u00f1ade el ajo rallado y cocina por unos segundos. Agrega el Gochujang, la salsa de soja, el vinagre, la miel y el agua. Vierte la salsa sobre el pollo y mezcla bien para que los trozos queden bien cubiertos. \u00a1Sirve caliente con tu acompa\u00f1amiento favorito!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-786f87c0ca32f7d894941b777f1250f0 wp-block-paragraph\">ghghg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong>An\u00e1lisis del resultado<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Este es uno de los pollos fritos m\u00e1s crujientes que me he comido jam\u00e1s, todo gracias a la doble cobertura y a la mezcla de maicena con harina de trigo. La salsa tiene un sabor peculiar, principalmente por el Gochujang, que puede no ser para todos los paladares. Sin embargo, si disfrutas de sabores asi\u00e1ticos, te encantar\u00e1. Aporta un sabor \u00fanico y complementa perfectamente la jugosidad del pollo. Tambi\u00e9n tienes la opci\u00f3n de hacer el pollo sin la salsa, y te aseguro que est\u00e1 espectacular. Aunque la preparaci\u00f3n puede ser un poco laboriosa, el resultado final definitivamente vale la pena el esfuerzo. \u00a1Es un plato que repetir\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dc5bb2ddaa359f744d8eac6ba6329cf4 wp-block-paragraph\">  ghgghgh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px;text-transform:none\"><strong>Cata de los comensales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Tras dar a probar el plato a 4 comensales, obtuvimos las siguientes puntuaciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Sabor<\/strong> 8\/10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Crujiente<\/strong> 9\/10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> 10\/10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Originalidad<\/strong> 10\/10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Picor<\/strong> 6\/10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Los comensales quedaron impresionados por la combinaci\u00f3n de sabores y la textura crujiente del pollo frito coreano. Destacaron especialmente la originalidad de la receta y la presentaci\u00f3n del plato, otorg\u00e1ndole puntuaciones perfectas en ambas categor\u00edas. Sin embargo, algunos comensales consideraron que el nivel de picor era un poco elevado. Hay que tener en cuenta que a todos estos comensales les gusta la comida asi\u00e1tica, por lo que el sabor peculiar de la salsa no fue ning\u00fan tipo de problema, de hecho, al rev\u00e9s, ya que tuvo una aceptaci\u00f3n muy buena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">En conclusi\u00f3n, la respuesta de los comensales fue sumamente positiva, destacando el sabor, la textura crujiente y la presentaci\u00f3n del plato.
