{"id":11079,"date":"2024-06-13T16:42:07","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T16:42:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/?p=11079"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:42:07","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T16:42:07","slug":"guiso-de-arroz-con-pollo-y-alcachofas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2024\/06\/13\/guiso-de-arroz-con-pollo-y-alcachofas\/","title":{"rendered":"Guiso de arroz con pollo y alcachofas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pimiento verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ajos <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>750 gramos de pechuga de pollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gramos de alcachofas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gramos de arroz redondo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml de vino <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AOVE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimienta y laurel al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colorante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasos a seguir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> En una olla calentar AOVE y cocinar las verduras cortadas previamente hasta que queden pochadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir la carne y colorante y remover durante un par de minutos <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir las alcachofas previamente peladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir vino y dejar que se evapore <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubrir con agua <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinar en olla express durante 15 min <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se a\u00f1ade arroz y agua.
