Aqu\u00ed os dejo una receta deliciosa, ideal como entrante. \u00a1Espero que os guste!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDIENTES para el rebozado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Clara de un huevo a punto de nieve<\/li><li>100 gramos de harina<\/li><li>1 cucharada sopera de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li><li>200 cl de cerveza fr\u00eda<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s necesitaremos una berenjena grande, aceite de oliva virgen extra para freir, agua, sal y miel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lavar muy bien la berenjena y cortar a rodajas finas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/2020-03-30-01.35.46-2.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1117\" width=\"276\" height=\"368\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Echarlas en agua con sal durante 2 horas para quitar el amargor. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/2020-03-30-01.39.11-2.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1118\" width=\"280\" height=\"374\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Escurrir y salar. <\/li><li>Preparar el rebozado. Para ello, remover con varillas la harina, el aceite de oliva virgen extra y la cerveza fr\u00eda.
