(sin az\u00facar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 claras de huevo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de miel o sirope de agave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre de gelatina sin sabor (opcional, para m\u00e1s consistencia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de frutas frescas (fresas, ar\u00e1ndanos, mango, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de nueces o almendras picadas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1\u00ba Montar las claras:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Montar las claras a punto de nieve con una pizca de sal para que queden bien firmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si usas gelatina, hidr\u00e1tala seg\u00fan las instrucciones y agr\u00e9gala a la mezcla de yogur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4\u00ba Incorporar las claras montadas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorporar las claras montadas con movimientos envolventes para que por 2 horas para que tome consistencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6\u00ba Servir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Servir en copas con frutas frescas y nueces por encima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INFORMACI\u00d3N ADICIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tiempo:<\/strong>&nbsp;180 minutos aproximadamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dificultad:<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00e1cil de hacer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consejos:&nbsp;<\/strong>En mi caso he cambiado la miel por sirope de agave ya que una buena miel no es tan l\u00edquida y por tanto a la hora de mezclar los ingredientes el sirope es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de mezclar. Por otro lado he cambiado las nueces por almendras, pod\u00e9is probar ambas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Curiosidades:&nbsp;<\/strong>Para m\u00ed un detalle a destacar es como cambia un poco el aspecto original de la receta, y en vez de poner una base de Mousse puse una base de almendras, posteriormente la Mousse y encima en trocitos peque\u00f1os el mango.
