{"id":11621,"date":"2025-04-20T15:26:01","date_gmt":"2025-04-20T15:26:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/?p=11621"},"modified":"2025-04-23T16:28:58","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T16:28:58","slug":"bizcocho-de-arandanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2025\/04\/20\/bizcocho-de-arandanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Bizcocho de ar\u00e1ndanos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1 yogurt blanco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">2 vasos y medio yogurt de harina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 vaso de yogur con azucar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 vaso de yogur de AOVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1 sorbete de levadura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">3 huevos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ar\u00e1ndanos al gusto (cuantos mas eches mas jugoso sera el bizcocho)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Canela y vainilla<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Precalentar el horno a 200 grados (arriba y abajo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Engrasar un molde con un poco de AOVE y espolvorear harina, usando papel de horno para que no se pegue. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">En un bol grande a\u00f1adir el yogur blanco, usando ese vaso como medida para los dem\u00e1s ingredientes. Agregar los huevos y batir hasta que la mezcla est\u00e9 jugosa. Despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adir azucar y seguir batiendo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Incorporar el AOVE, la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, unas gotas de vainilla y un poco de canela al gusto. Mazclar bien todo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Tamizar la harina junto con el sobre de levadura e incorporlarlo poco a pco a la mezcla, removiendo hasta obtener la masa. A\u00f1adir los arandanos lavados y secados a la mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Echar la mezcla en el molde preparado y hornar durante 35-45 minutos o hasta que al pinchar con un cuchillo, este salga limpio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cuando este listo, sacarlo del horno y dejar enfriar para poder desmoldarlo y listo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">El bizcocho qued\u00f3 super esponjoso, con el punto justo de dulzor, acompa\u00f1ado de los arandanos que combinan perfecto dandole un toque fresco y acido que combinan a la perfecci\u00f3n.
