{"id":11668,"date":"2025-04-24T09:11:04","date_gmt":"2025-04-24T09:11:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/?p=11668"},"modified":"2025-04-24T12:39:04","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T12:39:04","slug":"lentejas-estofadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2025\/04\/24\/lentejas-estofadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Lentejas estofadas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes para dos personas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-3 pu\u00f1ados de lentejas (120 g aproximadamente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Una patata grande., cortada en cubos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-1\/2 cebolla y puerro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-2 pimientos, uno verde y otro rojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Ajos al gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-2 hojas de laurel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Opcional: chorizo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-1 cucharada sopera de pimenton agridulce, AOVE y sal al gusto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">En una olla a\u00f1adir todos los ingredientes: lentejas, las verduras troceadas, la patata cortada en cubos, ajos, hojas de laurel y chorizo (si lo usas), pimenton, AOVE y sal. Todos los ingredientes deben estar cubiertos por agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Poner la olla a fuego medio-alto hasta que empiece a hervir, luego se baja el fuego y se cocina tapado uno 40-45 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que las lentejas esten tiernas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cuando este listo, dejar unos minutos reposar antes de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Las lentejas estaban muy buenas, sabrosas, con el sabor del caldo muy potente, al igual que las lentejas. Tambi\u00e9n fue probado por mi madre y la receta le encant\u00f3. La verduras y el chorizo le dan un toque buenisimo al plato. Es una receta barata y facil de hacer, pudiendo optar por las verduras que tengas disponbles en la nevera.
