compacta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-D\u00e9jalo reposar 5 minutos antes de desmoldar para que se asiente y gane consistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Si te gusta m\u00e1s cremoso, reduce 1 minuto el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n.Y si te gusta m\u00e1s seco a\u00f1ade 30 segundos en el microondas antes de comer o m\u00e1s, a gusto del consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el objetivo de validar la aceptaci\u00f3n del brownie saludable, se realiz\u00f3 una peque\u00f1a prueba de degustaci\u00f3n con un grupo de 6 personas. La evaluaci\u00f3n se centr\u00f3 en aspectos cualitativos como el sabor, la textura y la percepci\u00f3n general del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6 de 6 participantes (100%)<\/strong> indicaron que el brownie les gust\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5 de 6 participantes (83%)<\/strong> destacaron que el sabor era sorprendentemente bueno para tratarse de una receta saludable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6 de 6 participantes (100%)<\/strong> se mostraron sorprendidos al saber que el brownie:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No conten\u00eda az\u00facar a\u00f1adido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Era alto en prote\u00ednas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5 de 6 participantes (83%)<\/strong> afirmaron que repetir\u00edan el consumo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a la textura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1 participante (17%)<\/strong> sugiri\u00f3 que el brownie podr\u00eda mejorar si fuera m\u00e1s esponjoso, lo que podr\u00eda lograrse utilizando un molde normal\u201d \u201cEst\u00e1 bastante dulce sin llevar az\u00facar\u201d \u201cSorprende que sea de pl\u00e1tano\u201d \u201cEs una opci\u00f3n perfecta para algo dulce sin culpa\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-48046847c88dbe0cbee97b28804257b7 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusiones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La receta de brownie \u00absaludable\u00bb elaborada ha demostrado ser una opci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, sencilla y nutritiva, y sin az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la preparaci\u00f3n en air fryer facilita el proceso, haci\u00e9ndolo accesible y pr\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los resultados obtenidos en la degustaci\u00f3n confirman su alta aceptaci\u00f3n, destacando su sabor y su car\u00e1cter saludable,y eso que los comensales distaban de una gran diferencia de edad con peque\u00f1as
