class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introducir la pieza de carne en el mismo bol y embadurnarla muy bien con el aceite y las especias por ambas caras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meter la pieza de carne en un cestillo hora de echar la sal y la pimienta, hacerlo directamente sobre la pieza de carne, no en el aceite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precalentar la freidora de aire 5 minutos a 200\u00baC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar la carne de manera que la parte m\u00e1s grasa quede hacia abajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Darle la vuelta a mitad de tiempo ( a los 25 minutos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ir mirando de vez en cuando para que no se nos queme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si queremos que est\u00e9 m\u00e1s dorada, cuando se haya terminado el tiempo, ponerla 2 minutos m\u00e1s por cada lado a 200 \u00baC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antes de cortar para servir, dejar reposar 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#f1e0ba\"><strong>OPINI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La carne de esta forma queda muy jugosa y con mucho sabor.
