econ\u00f3mico <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CURIOSIDAD NUTRICIONAL:<\/strong> la avena aporta hidratos de carbono complejos y fibra, lo que ayuda a la saciedad y al control del apetito, mientras que el pl\u00e1tano aporta energ\u00eda r\u00e1pida y dulzor natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>RESULTADO<\/strong>: satisfactorio, las tortitas presentaron un sabor agradable y naturalmente dulce gracias al pl\u00e1tano. En cuanto a la textura, quedaron ligeramente densas, aunque bien cocinadas y f\u00e1ciles de manipular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSIDERACIONES ADICIONALES<\/strong>: Como mejora, si masa queda demasiado espesa, se puede a\u00f1adir un poco m\u00e1s de leche para ajustar la textura y facilitar la cocci\u00f3n.
