cocidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 2 contramuslos de pollo deshuesados y sin piel (para m\u00e1s jugosidad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 <strong>Para el refrito:<\/strong> 1\/2 cebolla, 1\/2 pimiento verde, 1 diente de ajo y 1 tomate maduro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 2 cucharadas de tomate concentrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Especias: Sal, comino molido y piment\u00f3n dulce al gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Aceite de oliva y agua (aprox. 200 garbanzos del bote y lavarlos bajo el grifo hasta que no salga espuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Sofrito Base:<\/strong> En la olla r\u00e1pida, calentar el aceite y pochar la cebolla, pimiento, ajo y tomate picados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Potenciaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> A\u00f1adir el tomate concentrado y rehogar para que pierda la class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. <strong>Condimentaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> A\u00f1adir sal, comino y piment\u00f3n dulce. Mezclar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. <strong>Cocci\u00f3n a Presi\u00f3n:<\/strong> Cerrar la olla. Fuego m\u00e1ximo hasta que suba la v\u00e1lvula a la 2\u00aa raya; luego bajar al m\u00ednimo (nivel 2) durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. <strong>Reposo:<\/strong> Esperar a que la presi\u00f3n baje naturalmente antes de abrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An\u00e1lisis del Resultado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es un guiso reconfortante con una textura de carne muy tierna gracias a la elecci\u00f3n de los contramuslos.
