Cocer primero a fuego medio-alto (durante aproximadamente unos 5 minutos) y una vez el agua hierva, cocer a fuego medio-bajo durante unos 15 minutos hasta que el arroz haya absorbido todo el agua. Es importante ir removiendo a cada 5 minutos aproximadamente. Debe quedar con una textura algo pegajosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, en un recipiente a parte mezclar el vinagre con el az\u00facar, a\u00f1adir la mezcla al arroz y dejar enfriar en una \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CONSEJOS: Importante no a\u00f1adir sal al salm\u00f3n, ya que la salsa de soja de por s\u00ed ya contiene bastante sal. Adem\u00e1s las cantidades de soja y miel son orientativas, se puede a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s o menos de una o de otra o de ambas en funci\u00f3n del gusto del consumidor. Por otro lado, para que el arroz quede lo mejor posible y lo m\u00e1s cercano a un arroz de sushi se puede utilizar tambi\u00e9n arroz especial para sushi, pero a falta de este, el arroz bomba sirve de igual manera (importante que sea de este tipo ya que . Durante la cocci\u00f3n m\u00e1s que el tiempo, lo importante es ir controlando la cantidad de agua, siempre se utilizar\u00e1 el doble de volumen de agua que de arroz (es decir, si utilizo 1 vaso de arroz ser\u00edan 2 de agua) y si al absorber todo el agua el arroz todav\u00eda no se ha terminado de cocer por completo, podemos ir a\u00f1adiendo un poco m\u00e1s de agua hasta que este haya completado su cocci\u00f3n. Es fundamental estar muy atentos y remover el arroz de vez en cuando, ya que si no este se puede pegar a la olla o quemar. Por \u00faltimo, tampoco debemos a\u00f1adir sal al arroz, ya que luego le a\u00f1adiremos la mezcla de vinagre y az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OPINI\u00d3N DEL RESULTADO FINAL: Es una receta bastante sencilla. La mezcla de la salsa de soja, el salm\u00f3n y el arroz recuerda a ese sabor propio de la comida japonesa que tiene el sushi. El ideal como una opci\u00f3n de cena diferente y f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OPINIONES DE LOS COMENSALES: La mayor\u00eda coinciden en que es bastante apetecible visualmente. Los comensales a los que no les gustaba el salm\u00f3n, afirmaron que les sorprendi\u00f3 positivamente.
