Aprovechemos este tiempo para dedicarlo a la cocina y descubrir y probar mil platos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1\u00c1nimo a todos en esta cuarentena!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Berenjenas (4)<\/li><li>Tomates (3)<\/li><li>Cebolla (1)<\/li><li>At\u00fan (en aceite de oliva o al natural preferiblemente)<\/li><li>Queso rallado para gratinar (hemos a\u00f1adido dos tipos distintos)<\/li><li>Salsa de tomate (dos cucharadas soperas)<\/li><li>AOVE<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-1-1.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1287\" width=\"313\" height=\"235\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Partimos las berenjenas por la mitad, y con el cuchillo hacemos unos cortes en diagonal en la carne de las mismas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 Rociamos con AOVE y sal e introducimos en el horno  las berenjenas a 180\u00ba durante unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 Transcurrido el tiempo s\u00e1quelas del horno, d\u00e9jelas enfriar y con una cuchara retire la carne y vac\u00edelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 Picamos la cebolla y el tomate y lo refre\u00edmos. Seguido, a\u00f1adimos la berenjena y la dejamos refre\u00edr tambi\u00e9n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Hemos a\u00f1adido un poco de caldo\/agua para que se cueza y se ablande).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 Una vez cocida la verdura, a\u00f1adimos at\u00fan y salsa de tomate y mezclamos todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 A continuaci\u00f3n rellenamos las berenjenas de las que extra\u00edamos la carne (dejamos solo la piel) y las metemos en el horno durante 15 minutos aproximadamente a 180\u00ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7 Finalmente, cubrimos las berenjenas con queso rallado y las gratinamos durante 5 minutos en el horno a 180\u00ba.
