Esta comida presenta una textura melosa muy agradable y un contraste especial de la pera con el queso, que combina perfectamente la intensidad de los sabores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Tiempo: 35-40 minutos <\/summary><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Dificultad: Media<\/summary><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Precio: Econ\u00f3mico<\/summary><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Consejo: Usa arroz de grano redondo (tipo Arborio o bomba) para que suelte el almid\u00f3n correctamente y quede cremoso.<\/summary><\/details>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes: (para 1 persona)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 g de arroz de grano redondo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pera mediana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un chorrito de vino blanco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caldo de pollo o de verduras (aprox. 250-300ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pu\u00f1ado de queso rallado para fundir (al gusto)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil picado (al gusto)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preparar la cebolla:<\/strong> Cortamos la cebolla en juliana y la cocinamos con un poco de aceite en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio, hasta que quede caramelizada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparar la pera:<\/strong> Mientras se cocina la cebolla (sin dejar de vigilar para que no se queme), pelamos la pera y la cortamos en dados uniformes (en brunoise). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofre\u00edr<\/strong>: En una sart\u00e9n, derretimos la mantequilla y cocinamos los dados de pera hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Triturar:<\/strong> Retiramos la mitad de las peras y las trituramos junto con la cebolla con la batidora para obtener un pur\u00e9 que aportar\u00e1 una cremosidad extra al arroz. Reservamos los dados enteros por un lado y el pur\u00e9 por otro. Puede triturar todos los dados en caso de no querer encontrar ning\u00fan trozo de la fruta en el plato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calentar el caldo:<\/strong> En una olla a\u00f1adir el caldo a fuego medio-alto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nacarar el arroz:<\/strong> En la misma sart\u00e9n, incorporamos el arroz solo y lo removemos durante un par de minutos hasta que el grano se vuelva ligeramente transl\u00facido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Vertemos el vino blanco en la sart\u00e9n y dejamos que evapore. A continuaci\u00f3n, vamos a\u00f1adiendo el caldo previamente calentado en una olla a parte cazo a cazo. Es importante remover constantemente y no a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s caldo hasta que el arroz haya absorbido el anterior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u00f1adir el pur\u00e9 y el queso:<\/strong> Cuando el arroz est\u00e9 al dente (unos 15-18 minutos en total), a\u00f1adimos el pur\u00e9 de pera y removemos un par de minutos. Luego apagamos el fuego, a\u00f1adimos el queso rallado y removemos en\u00e9rgicamente para que se funda y quede una textura muy melosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Servimos inmediatamente en un plato, decorando con un poco de perejil picado por encima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images es espectacular. El pur\u00e9 de pera integrado le da una melosidad incre\u00edble, al igual que encontrarte los tropezones dulces en contraste con el toque salado del queso. Si es cierto que le a\u00f1adir\u00eda pollo para completarlo con prote\u00edna y creo que combinar\u00eda igual de bien con el resto de sabores.
