Aqu\u00ed os dejo un plato riqu\u00edsimo para amenizar el confinamiento y cuidarse en estos tiempos que nos ha tocado vivir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>250g de Br\u00f3coli&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 Patata<\/li><li>1 Zanahoria&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 Huevo<\/li><li>Pan rallado (2 cucharadas soperas)<\/li><li>Sal&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pimienta negra<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasos a seguir:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Pela la zanahoria y la patata y c\u00f3rtalas en trocitos peque\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n, corta el br\u00f3coli en ramilletes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/img_8524-1-1.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1412\" data-link=\"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/img_8524-1\/\" class=\"wp-image-1412\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. En una cazuela con agua hirviendo, pon a cocer las verduras con un poco de sal: la zanahoria, la patata y el br\u00f3coli. Pasado 4-5 minutos, retira y cuela las verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Pon las verduras en tu batidora y dales un golpe (no te pases, que no te quede una masa demasiado densa), pueden quedar algunos trocitos enteros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Coge un poco de la mezcla y comienza a hacer hamburguesas con tus manos. Haz tantas como la masa d\u00e9 de s\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
