Este dulce es alto en az\u00facares y grasas de mala calidad. Pero al ser t\u00edpico de esta \u00e9poca, y por lo tanto un dulce tradicional y que se come de forma ocasional, creo que es importante valorar la receta y valorar esta delicia culinaria. A\u00fan asi, aqu\u00ed os dejo una versi\u00f3n que se me ocurri\u00f3 de realizarla de una forma m\u00e1s saludable, sin az\u00facar, al horno y sin aceites de mala calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTES PARA 6 TORRIJAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-2-1.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1429\" data-link=\"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/ingredientes-2-2\/\" class=\"wp-image-1429\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-6 rebanadas de pan (pan duro a poder ser) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2 huevos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-300ml de leche semidesnatada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Canela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-1 cucharada de copos de avena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Ralladura de lim\u00f3n y de naranja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Edulcorante en polvo para que sepa m\u00e1s dulce ya que no lleva az\u00facar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3N <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1)Calienta la leche con la ralladura de lim\u00f3n y naranja, la canela y el edulcorante<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/leche-caliente-torrijas.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1426\" width=\"171\" height=\"228\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2)Moja el pan en  la leche, emp\u00e1palo y luego pasalo por el huevo batido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/mojamos-en-leche-y-huevo-1.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1427\" width=\"194\" height=\"258\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3)A\u00f1\u00e1delas a la banderja de horno junto a pepel vegetal y espolvorea un poco de copos de avena por encima. Dale un toque m\u00e1s de canela y edulcorante en polvo <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/torrijas-al-horno.jpg?w=768\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1428\" width=\"191\" height=\"254\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4)Al horno 20 minutos a 180 grados. Depende del horno y de la textura que m\u00e1s te guste. El tiempo es aproximado, as\u00ed que vig\u00edlalas, \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1que no se te quemen!!!
