A continuaci\u00f3n os dejo una receta muy sencilla para que pod\u00e1is consumir la calabaza con m\u00e1s frecuencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Ingredientes (para 4 personas)<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g calabaza pelada<\/li><li>400 ml nata l\u00edquida<\/li><li>200 g queso rallado<\/li><li>80 g pan rallado<\/li><li>60 g cebolla<\/li><li>10 g mantequilla<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo<\/li><li>7 hojas de albahaca<\/li><li>1 cucharada de curry<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Pimienta<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-1-1.jpeg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1532\" width=\"304\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-1-1.jpeg 2000w, https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-1-1-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-1-1-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-1-1-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ingredientes-1-1-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 304px) 100vw, 304px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Untar en una fuente para horno el diente de ajo y la mantequilla.<\/li><li>Cortar la calabaza en cuadraditos.<\/li><li>Pelar y cortar en brunoise la cebolla.<\/li><li>Verter las verduras en la fuente y a\u00f1adir curry y sal. Seguidamente remover.<\/li><li>En un bol aparte, mezclar la mitad del queso rallado con la nata l\u00edquida y las hojas de albahaca ya picadas.
