Quiero mostrar por aqu\u00ed una receta que prepar\u00e9 hace unos d\u00edas y que me sorprendi\u00f3 bastante. Salmorejo usando el aguacate como espesante. Esto es a lo que le llamar\u00edamos glutenfree, es decir, libre de gluten.
