Pela los ajos y c\u00f3rtalos muy &gt;nitos o, si tienes mortero, mach\u00e1calos. En una sart\u00e9n, pon un chorro de aceite de oliva, y, cuando est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1ade el ajo y deja que poco a poco se vaya haciendo. Pasados 3-4 minutos vierte los noodles de calabac\u00edn y la cebolla en la sart\u00e9n, y deja que se cocinen durante 5-7 minutos.
