{"id":1801,"date":"2020-04-26T18:14:20","date_gmt":"2020-04-26T16:14:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recetasparaunacuarentena.wordpress.com\/?p=1801"},"modified":"2020-04-26T18:14:20","modified_gmt":"2020-04-26T16:14:20","slug":"espinacas-con-garbanzos-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/recetasparaunacuarentena\/2020\/04\/26\/espinacas-con-garbanzos-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Espinacas con garbanzos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes para 3 personas:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Espinacas &#8211; 600 gramos<\/li><li>Garbanzos cocidos &#8211; 200 gramos<\/li><li>4 Dientes de ajo (grandes)<\/li><li>Pan &#8211; 100 gramos<\/li><li>Piment\u00f3n dulce &#8211; 1 cucharada sopera<\/li><li>Piment\u00f3n picante &#8211; 1 cucharada sopera<\/li><li>Pimienta negra &#8211; 1 cucharada sopera<\/li><li>Cilantro en grano &#8211; 2 cucharadas de caf\u00e9<\/li><li>Vinagre de manzana &#8211; 1 cucharada sopera<\/li><li>Comino al gusto<\/li><li>Sal al gusto<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\u00ba Ponemos a cocer las espinacas unos 20 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\u00ba En una sart\u00e9n ancha, a\u00f1adimos un poco de aceite y fre\u00edmos los ajos y el pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\u00ba Echamos el pan y los ajos en el vaso de la batidora junto con el vinagre y un vaso del caldo de cocci\u00f3n de las espinacas. A\u00f1adimos el comino, el cilantro y la sal.
