tinta de calamar<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ELABORACI\u00d3N<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Se limpian muy bien los calamares<\/li><li>\u00a0En una sart\u00e9n se fr\u00ede el ajo y se a\u00f1ade la cebolla picada<\/li><li>Una vez pochada se le a\u00f1aden los calamares y la sal<\/li><li>10 minutos a fuego medio<\/li><li>Se le aplica la tinta de calamar<\/li><li>5 minutos a fuego medio<\/li><li>Listo para servir<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright
